The ENERGY STAR® Summit Comes to Denver, CO

E-Star Colorado recognizes that many advances have been made to increase energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly building practices in new home construction. Indeed, a number of programs available for industry professionals have set solid standards for high-performance building excellence, showing consumers, who spent an average of $1,900 on utility bills in 2006, how to improve the energy efficiency of their home by a minimum of 15% above the latest code. These programs include Built Green Colorado of the Denver Metro Home Builders Association, U.S. EPA ENERGY STAR, Environments for Living and the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED for Homes. With rising energy prices, there has never been a better time to help reduce energy costs through improved energy efficiency.

With the guidance of the U.S. EPA ENERGY STAR for Homes program, E-Star Colorado has designed a curriculum of superior educational sessions for the first ENERGY STAR Summit to be held in the Rocky Mountain region. The changes that the building industry is making every day make a positive, measurable difference. Let us help you meet your goals. Please do not miss this very important leadership event.
