EMC was founded in 1976 for the purpose of providing Energy Engineering services. We are dedicated to creating sustainable facilities by optimizing performance through energy modeling and analysis, building automation systems application, high performance mechanical and electrical design, performance contracting and building commissioning to achieve lower energy costs, improved comfort and increased productivity.
Our core business is creating energy systems to optimize energy use and providing design solutions to facility owners concerned with conserving energy and reducing high utility costs. We successfully apply our energy engineering analysis and design expertise by reducing energy consumption, DSM implementation, established and innovative practices, standards and technologies for energy savings from design through construction.
