This caused me to take an interest in learning about well built, energy efficient design and construction. In May 2008, I passed LEED-NC exam and earned the title LEED AP. During 2009, I completed the Green Buildings Certificate Program and Green Homes Certificate Program, two programs offered by the Institute for the Built Environment at CSU. I have also attended many seminars and conferences that address sustainable design and construction. I recently completed Energy Rater training and passed the RESNET exam. I have selected a provider and am currently working on my probationary ratings to become a fully RESNET certified Energy Rater. Examples of my experience and abilities are listed below: Independent Working: I require very little supervision. At my last job, I met with my supervisor 2-3 times per month to discuss my work. My skills are in negotiating contracts as well as relationship building. I also have done extensive research regarding PV solar panels.
