About ColoradoENERGY.org
ColoradoENERGY.org
is designed to be the place to start when looking for energy efficiency or renewable
energy information for Colorado. This all inclusive web site will point you to energy efficiency or renewable energy organizations or
companies within the state of Colorado.  It will also provide you with
information you need to make your home or business more energy efficient. If the
information deals with energy efficiency and it is not included here, please
pass that information on to the ColoradoENERGY.org webmaster.
The web site was the brain-child of Randy L. Martin of
R. L. Martin & Associates, Inc. His background
of 9 years with the state energy office in Iowa and 3 years with the U.S.
Department of Energy in Denver inspired him to seek funding to create a
comprehensive energy information web site for Colorado. ColoradoENERGY.org is
the result. The goal of the site isn't to replace other sites, but to be a
starting point to jump off to other sites in Colorado and be a central
clearinghouse of energy information for Colorado. Mr. Martin currently maintains
80-90 other web sites, of which 75% are energy or environmentally related.

       Sponsorship Opportunities
Funding to develop ColoradoENERGY.org was originally provided by the
U.S. Department of Energy through the Colorado Governor's Office of Energy
Management and Conservation (OEMC).  Additional funding for site
maintenance has been provided in the past couple years by E-Star Colorado
and OEMC, but currently there are no funds to maintain ColoradoENERGY.org.
